Inngame / Legal
Legal notice, terms and privacy
Who runs Inngame, the rules for using it, and what happens to personal data: yours as a customer, and your players'.
Last updated 2 November 2026. Inngame is in early access: subscriptions run in Stripe test mode and no payment is taken yet. These terms will be updated before paid plans open.

Terms of service
These terms apply to studios and companies ("you") that create an Inngame organization. By creating one, you accept them on behalf of your organization.
The service
Inngame provides SDKs that add a support chat to your games and apps, a web inbox for your team, integrations (Telegram, Discord, GitHub, stores, push) and optional AI features. Features are described in the documentation. The service is provided as is during early access; we fix problems as quickly as we can but don't promise a particular availability.
Your account
- You keep your team's sign-in links and API keys secret, and you're responsible for what is done with them.
- Agent and API keys act with the scopes you give them. Refunds, item rewards and fully automatic AI replies always need a human admin.
- You can delete your organization at any time (Settings → Organization). It deletes all its data, files and keys, and cancels the subscription.
Acceptable use
Don't use Inngame to send spam or unlawful content, to collect data your players haven't agreed to share, or to try to access other organizations' data. We can suspend an organization that does, after telling you unless the situation is urgent.
Plans and payment
Paid plans (Indie, Studio) start with a 14-day trial and are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before checkout. While Inngame is in early access, checkout runs in Stripe test mode and nothing is charged.
Your content
Your conversations, FAQ, settings and player data stay yours. We use them only to run the service for you, never for advertising, and we don't use them to train AI models. If you add your own AI key, the provider you choose processes the text under its own terms.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and law
We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before a change to these terms that affects you. These terms are governed by French law; courts in Paris have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers.
Privacy policy
This section covers personal data we handle about you and your team (the controller is Gabriel Turpin, address above; write to hello@inngame.app for any request about your data). Your players' data is covered in data processing.
- Team accounts: email address, name, sign-in sessions, and the actions recorded in the audit log. Purpose: running your account (contract).
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we keep the Stripe customer id and your plan, never card numbers. Purpose: contract and accounting obligations (invoices are kept 10 years under French law).
- Emails to your team (sign-in links, invitations, weekly digest): sent by Cloudflare Email Sending from noreply@inngame.app; Resend is used as a backup only if Cloudflare fails. Replies go to support@inngame.app.
- This website: no cookies, no advertising or analytics trackers. The hosting provider keeps technical logs for security.
Email list from this website
Some pages have a form where you can leave your email address. It goes to a short list that only the publisher reads (the Admin page of the Inngame dashboard). It is not shared or sold, and no tool sends automatic emails from it today.
- What is kept: your email address, the page where you left it, the page language, the campaign tags of the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the referring site if any, your country as reported by Cloudflare, the dates you left it, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. Your IP address is used for rate limiting and is not stored with your email.
- Purpose: writing to you about Inngame, for example when it leaves early access. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Campaign tags: when you arrive from a link with utm_ tags, the site keeps them in your browser's session storage (erased when you close the tab) and sends them only with the form.
- Retention: 24 months after the last time you left your email, then deleted.
- Deletion: ask at hello@inngame.app (or by replying to any email we send you); your address and its history are removed from the list.
Team data is kept while the organization exists and deleted with it. You can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability, or object, by writing to the address above; you can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Data processing for your players
For your players' data (messages, photos, identity you provide, device context), you are the controller and Inngame is your processor under article 28 of the GDPR. These terms form the data processing agreement between us:
- We process player data only to provide the service, following your settings and instructions through the inbox and the API.
- People who work on Inngame are bound by confidentiality.
- Security: encryption in transit, secrets encrypted at rest, signed and expiring photo links, per-organization isolation, an audit log of team actions.
- Subprocessors are listed in Privacy & data, with what each does and when. We'll announce new ones there before using them. Cloudflare and the optional US providers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
- We help you answer player requests: in-app deletion from the SDKs, export and deletion from the inbox and the API.
- We notify you without undue delay, and within 48 hours, after becoming aware of a breach affecting your players' data.
- When you delete a player, an app or the organization, the data is deleted from the service. Retention for closed conversations is set per app.
- We make available the information needed to show compliance with these obligations, on request.
What the SDKs collect, and what to declare in the App Store and Google Play forms, is detailed in Privacy & data.
