Inngame / Use cases
Use casesWho Inngame is for
Inngame started as support inside games, and it still is. The same SDKs and inbox also work for regular iPhone apps and web products. Here is what it does for each.

Five ways teams use Inngame.
Each page covers what that kind of team actually deals with, the setup, and the docs to read next.
What teams search for.
Pages for a specific job, with what Inngame does and doesn't do.
What's the same on every platform.
One inbox, or Telegram and Discord
Every conversation from every app lands in the same web inbox. Teams that live in Telegram or Discord can answer from there: one topic or thread per user.
Translation both ways
Users write in their language, your team reads and answers in yours, and the original is one tap away. Included in every plan, not counted as AI messages.
Context with every message
Device, OS, app version and whatever you add (a level, a plan, a page) arrive next to the message. Your team stops asking which version they're on.
AI that stays in its lane
Off by default. Turn it on to answer from your FAQ, or to write drafts a human approves. Refunds, gifts and releases always need a person.
Data kept in the EU
Conversations and photos are stored on Cloudflare D1 and R2 under EU jurisdiction. One SDK call deletes a user and everything attached to them.
Open to agents
A REST API, signed webhooks, an MCP server and a CLI, so Claude Code, Cursor or Codex can triage with a key you scope and revoke.
Not sure which SDK fits?
Unity covers games on mobile and desktop, the web SDK covers anything in a browser, and the Swift SDK covers native iPhone apps. Everything else can use the REST API.
