A player support tool for indie games
You shipped. Now players have questions, bugs and payment problems, and the person answering is also the one fixing the build. Inngame puts the chat inside your game and lets you reply from wherever you already are.
14 days free. From €29/month after that. Translation included.
Support for a team that's also making the game.
Big studios have a support team. You have a Discord server, a contact email nobody checks on weekends and store reviews that say "doesn't work" with one star. The reports you get are missing everything you need to fix them.
Players reach you from the game
A Help button in your pause or settings menu opens the chat. Nobody has to join a server, find an address or leave the game. History follows the player across devices once you identify them.
No twenty questions
Each message carries the device, OS, version and build, the scene, the last 50 log lines and the game state you choose to send. Players can attach a screenshot: shake on mobile, F8 on desktop.
Any language
Messages are translated both ways. You write in English, a player in Brazil reads Portuguese. The chat itself is available in 25 languages.
Reply from the place you already have open.
Indie devs don't sit in a help desk all day. Inngame sends each conversation where you'll see it, with the player's context, and your answer goes back into the game.
- Web inbox · search, tags, notes, saved replies; install it on your phone for push notifications
- Telegram · one topic per player in your team's group, photos both ways, buttons to close or hand to the AI
- Discord · one thread per player in a private channel of your server
- Your coding agent · MCP server and CLI, so Claude Code or Cursor can read and draft replies
The repetitive parts, handled.
An AI that knows its limits
Import your FAQ from your site or generate it from past conversations. Then pick a mode per app: off, drafts you approve, or automatic answers that hand off when the AI isn't sure. It never refunds or gives items on its own.
Bugs grouped for you
The AI spots reports about the same bug and groups them. Open a GitHub issue with versions, platforms and logs in one click, and players who reported it get a message when they update to the fixed version.
Purchase problems
Send a restore purchases card, or an item the player claims once. Admins refund Google Play and Stripe payments from the conversation and send Apple's refund sheet for App Store purchases.
Launch-day outages
Post an announcement at the top of every player's chat ("Servers are back at 18:00 UTC"), translated, for an hour or a week. It reaches open chats without an update.
Nights and weekends
Set office hours: players see when you're back, in their own time zone, and an away message answers them (at most once every 12 hours). With the AI in automatic mode, they get an answer at night too.
Ratings and reviews
Optional 1 to 5 rating when you close a conversation. A 4 or 5 is followed by a store review card; a 1 or 2 comes back to you with a push.
An afternoon, not a sprint.
Unity games add the package (Unity 2022.3 LTS or Unity 6) and open the chat from a button. HTML5 games add one script tag. Native iPhone apps use the Swift package. No server is required: anonymous players work out of the box, and you can verify identity later with a JWT from your backend or a Steam ticket.
If you use a coding agent, inngame init unity prints instructions it can follow to wire the SDK in your game's style.

Indie · €29/month
2 apps, 3 seats, 1,000 AI messages and 20,000 translations a month. Inbox, Telegram, Discord, API, MCP, CLI and webhooks.
Studio · €99/month
20 apps, 15 seats, 10,000 AI messages and 200,000 translations a month, for a catalog of games and a support rota.
Your own AI key · €0 extra
Plug in an Anthropic or OpenAI key on either plan: no monthly cap on AI messages or translations, you pay the provider.
What it doesn't do: no email inbox, no phone, no native Android SDK (Android games use the Unity SDK) and no Unreal or Godot SDK yet. Those engines can use the REST API.

Questions
Is there a free plan?
No, but every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. After that, Indie is €29 a month for 2 apps and 3 seats.
Do I need my own server?
No. Players can chat anonymously as soon as the SDK is in. If you want to verify who they are, sign a JWT on your backend or pass a Steam ticket, which Inngame checks with Steam.
Which engines are supported?
Unity (2022 LTS and Unity 6) on mobile, PC, Mac, Linux and Steam, HTML5 and web games through the web SDK, and native iOS apps through the Swift SDK. Unreal and Godot have no SDK yet; they can use the REST API.
Will the AI promise refunds or free items to players?
No. The AI answers from your FAQ, writes drafts or hands off. Refunds and item gifts always need a signed-in human admin; the AI and API keys can only propose them.
We already have a Discord server. Why add this?
Keep it for the community. Support in a public server misses players who never joined it and comes without logs or device info. Inngame can post each player's conversation in a private Discord thread, so you still answer from Discord.
Support that doesn't eat your dev time.
Add the SDK in an afternoon, or with one prompt to your coding agent.
