Moderation, blocking and minors mode

🧹Moderation settings

In Settings → Apps → your app → Moderation:

• Profanity filter: flags insults in many languages and masks them in previews and notifications. Your team can still see the original.
• Photos: let players attach screenshots and photos, or turn it off.
• Photo moderation: incoming images are screened automatically. Rejected images are never stored.

🚫Block a player

Block a player in one click from the inbox (or /block in Telegram and Discord). They can no longer send messages in that conversation.

🧒Minors mode

For games aimed at children (COPPA, GDPR):

• photo sending is off (the photo and screenshot buttons disappear);
• the profanity filter and photo moderation are forced on;
• automations never send offer cards;
• no store review request.

🗑️Data retention

In the same tab, Delete closed conversations after 30 days to 2 years. Open and snoozed conversations are never touched, and each deletion is logged.
