Ask for a store review after a resolved conversation
A player whose problem you just solved is a good person to ask for a review. Inngame sends the review card at the right moment, without "review gating".

Set it up
- Open Settings → Apps → your app → Reviews.
- Fill in your App Store id, Google Play package and/or Steam app id.
- Turn on Offer the store review after a resolved conversation.
When a conversation is closed, the player gets a Rate the game card that opens the right store page (App Store, Google Play or Steam).
The rules
- Every player who wrote gets the card, whatever their satisfaction score and even if they didn't rate. Steering only happy players to the store breaks Apple's and Google Play's rules, so Inngame doesn't do it.
- Once per player, never in minors mode, and never without a store id.
- The AI may attach the card only in the reply that actually solves the problem, never during an open issue.
Satisfaction rating (optional)
Ask players to rate adds a 1 to 5 rating when a conversation is closed. It's only for your team's stats: a 1 or 2 flags the conversation and notifies your team.
