Automatic translation in every language
Players write in their language, your team reads and answers in yours. Every message is translated both ways, automatically.

How it works
- A player writes in Portuguese.
- Your team reads it in English, in the inbox, Telegram or Discord, with the original one tap away.
- You answer in English.
- The player reads your reply in Portuguese, with Show original.
The chat interface itself is built in 25 languages, and every text can be overridden from the dashboard.
Settings
In Settings → Apps → your app → Translation:
- Automatic translation: on or off for this app.
- Team language: the language player messages are translated into.
Help center articles are translated for players the first time someone reads them in a language, then kept.
What it costs
Translation is included in every plan, with its own monthly allowance, separate from AI replies:
- Trial: 2,000 translations
- Indie: 20,000 / month
- Studio: 200,000 / month
- Unlimited with your own Anthropic or OpenAI key
When the allowance runs out, new messages simply stay in their original language until next month.
