Invite team members and manage roles

👥Invite someone

1. Open Settings → Members.
2. Enter their email address and pick a role.
3. They get an email; signing in with that address joins your organization. You can also copy the invitation link.

Invitations expire after 14 days. Only admins can invite, change roles or remove someone. Anyone can leave an organization.

🛡️Admin or Member

Members answer players: replies, internal notes, tags, assignment, snooze, closing, saved replies, AI drafts.

Admins can do everything members do, plus the decisions that matter:

• refunds (Stripe, Google Play) and the Apple refund sheet;
• letting the AI answer on its own (Auto) and editing its instructions;
• integrations, API keys, webhooks and the subscription;
• deleting players or apps.

An organization always keeps at least one admin.

Plans include team seats: 3 on Indie and 15 on Studio.
